Also, don't forget to step aside for the many young managers that are constantly strutting around acting super important and walking next to each other in a sort of moving, human wall.
Had some good deals on certain products it prob depends on what your shopping for. Good clean place very wide selection of everyday items you need. Very happy and helpful workers
good prices, nice atmosphere aesthetically, physically the atmosphere is cold in there. On a more serious note, it's just your average Kroger. The staff is very nice and polite but they aren't good at helping you find you what you need.
My favorite part about this store since, since the click list has started, is how the aisles are constantly clogged with new employees pushing huge carts around not paying attention to customers. I love how I have to move out of the way while employees blindly walk around with no regard for others.
A good store.. not great, years ago they never ran out of an item, last few years it's common to find something you need out of stock. Also they like to move selections around.. making you look around to find something that was on a certain aisle. The seafood area was terrible in the past is now really good, fresh nice selection, overall clean store
Seems stock is always low as of lately. As one of the top producing sales stores for Kroger, they should carry more selection. The fresh produce/fruit is also very limited to the basics.
I have some simple advice for the store management to take and to train their employees to do: cater to the customer. Let them go in front of you, don't inconvenience them, be polite, don't clog up the aisles for social hour while customers have to take turns squeezing by you.....these are just a few suggestions and management should feel free to expand on them while sticking with a similar theme; be helpful or get out of the way.
The other awesome thing about some of the employees is how they stand in the middle of a main aisles talking and laughing in small groups of three or more while customers have to take turns squeezing by them one cart at a time.
There are many good employees there that are polite, helpful and mindful of others. It just seems that recently, this place stopped training new employees and it's going downhill quick.
I almost forgot the state of the art self scan check outs; scan an item, put it in the bag, take it back out because the machine told you too, scan it again, bag it, repeat several times. These modern marvels have really streamlined the checkout process.
We go to this Kroger all of the time, it's a decent store and they have what we need.
All of the above aside, I actually don't mind the store. As I said, they always have what we need and it's reasonably priced. This is also the closest store to us and they are always open.
