Drive thru menu prices are wrong. Owner came out and swore at us and said a piece of paper use to cover it. The 2 peice fish meal was 6.49 and 4 peice was 9.99 (according to outside menu) and they charged 9.99 for 2 peice... (Which should have been fixes to proper prices, and not been so rude towards us for proving we were right by showing the menu.) It was horrible. The owner should have been more considerate and not cuss at us for things we did not know or do. Not worth it at all
I was in there today. Bought a Pizza steak & cheese. The sub was loaded with Italian dressing. So much so that it oozing out and the bread was soaked. I called and asked to speak to the manager the gentleman on the phone said that he was the manager and that he may have made the sub. I told him about it and he said the other guy made it and told me it was the pizza sauce that makes it soggy. I explained that it was the Italian dressing and not the pizza sauce. He got mad and told me not to argue with him that he was the owner and the manager. He was very rude and didn't care at all. I told him that I would never go there again. I wasn't looking for a free meal but had a valid compliant. He told me fine and hung up on me. What a Great manager/owner he is. No wonder they are never busy!
Definitely one of the best Tubbys I've been to. The owner, Sam, takes a lot of pride in the quality of the food that he's serving and his staff are very polite and courteous. They also serve fried chicken and have ice cream as well. My nine year old is a connoisseur of chicken tenders and said that theirs are the best he's had. The seating area is very clean and usually empty so it seems rather private.
Yes, the prices may be a bit high, but when you compare the taste, courteous staff, and cleanliness, to other options in the area, it's very much worth it. I've only been here a couple of times, but both times have been a positive experience. No complaints.
